Leadership Program Rules I commit to comply with all the rules below in full during my Leadership Program. Confirm that you agree with each rule by clicking on each box.Rules: *Quit smoking completelyDo not use illegal drugs at all (There are no moral judgments here, illegal drugs are not good for your health, this is not up for discussion).Do not drink alcohol or do so in moderation, not in excess (alcoholic beverages during the Leadership Program and Ingenieria Transformacional events are not accepted).Eat healthily. Follow a low-fat diet. Consume sweets and high-calorie foods in moderation (Research the nutritional properties of different foods).Working towards achieving my ideal body weight (Each bone structure has an ideal weight. If you want to be exact, research health topics or consult your doctor).Pay close attention to my personal appearance, striving to present myself in an excellent way (clean your wardrobe. Throw away or give away clothes that do not represent you as a leader).Keep my place of residence clean and tidy (whether you do it or someone does it for you).Keep my vehicle clean and in good condition, both inside and out.Being responsible with my finances.Making promises and offers that you only intend and are able to fulfill.To acknowledge responsibly and urgently my unfulfilled promises and commitments.Communicate, advise or notify only the interested parties; without gossip and going to the source.Not to lieDon’t complain. If something really bothers you, do something about it, ask someone else to do something about it, or find a way to live with it without dwelling on it.To continually connect with my family and friends, showing abundant affection and interest (Abundance, not scarcity).Perform my work with enthusiasm and diligence (whether I like it or not).Treat others with respect and kindness.Being in communication with the people around me, without hiding or avoiding them.Take responsibility for my results, without excuses or justifications.To act in public with clarity, enthusiasm, and positivity. To be pleasant and helpful. To make a difference in someone’s day.Show compassion instead of resentment (We will look at this in depth on the second weekend).To be a guardian of the natural world (To care for the environment).Resolve conflicts through collaboration, contributing rather than subtracting. (Instead of imposing my point of view, engage from inspiration).Do not initiate any romantic or sexual relationship with any participant in your own tribe, senior, office, or coach during the Leadership Program. This commitment extends for 30 days after the completion of the Leadership Program. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the Leadership Program.Ingenieria Transformacional reserves the right to exclude any participant under the following conditions: a. Failure to act with integrity and honesty towards my tribe and the Center (The Office). b. Failure to arrive on time (punctual) and failure to complete (leaving early) all scheduled days of each weekend and all events required to graduate from the Leadership Program. c. I must not open any chat rooms during my Leadership Program that do not include my Seniors and The Office; therefore, only the official chat and private group of my Tribe created by the Center (The Office) will be used.I will abide by and respect the rules and schedules (punctuality) for the three weekly calls to my Seniors. The rules for the calls are as follows: a. If I miss a call, I must make a commitment to my Senior. b. If I miss my second consecutive call, the Senior will cancel the calls of the other members of my clan, and they will resume after I have made a new commitment to my Senior and all the members of my Clan (small group). I, the participant, must make all commitments before my next call to my Senior. c. If I miss my third consecutive call, I must make a new commitment to my Senior and all the members of my tribe. The next call must be made in front of my Senior’s house where they can see me. d. If I miss my fourth consecutive call, I will automatically be removed from the Leadership Program.I will not use the name Ingenieria Transformacional or my affiliation with Ingenieria Transformacional for any business or marketing activity, including any lending, refinancing, or real estate-related businesses. I agree not to recruit any person from Ingenieria Transformacional (including participants, office staff, and trainers) into any network marketing, pyramid, multilevel marketing, or any other type of business. This commitment extends for 90 days after completion of the Leadership Program.FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ONE OR MORE OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN MY WITHDRAWAL FROM THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM.
